We needed a wood stove installed, and we live about 40 miles out of Springfield. I posted to Thumbtack on a Friday what we were looking for, and received two estimates, from which I picked Artistic Touch.
Tom from Artistic Touch contacted me that day to see what materials we had on hand, and suggested I send him photos by cell phone so he could review the project without the added cost of coming out ahead of time. He set up 7 AM to be here the following Monday, so that he could finish the job all in one day to save us money.
The install went very well. Tom was efficient and knowledgeable. The price was exactly as described in the estimate and very reasonable. After he was done we had the stove and chimney inspected by the town Fire Marshall and everything was perfect to submit to our insurance company.
We could not be happier with our experience with Artistic Touch, and plan to have them come out in the near future to do some other projects for us. I highly recommend both Artistic Touch and Thumbtack for anyone looking for help!
