FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Firm prices are only quoted after gaining a full understanding of what the business objective is. There will typically be tiered options. I'm very fair, but know the value of my services.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
The typical process for working with a new client is an initial conversation to learn a bit more about them and their business. I want to know what their goals are. I want to understand what more business/customers will do for them personally. I want to find out what the perfect scenario is for them in terms of what they want for their business. I want to know what their current and past history is with different forms of marketing/advertising. I also want to get a big picture understanding of the project they are considering me for and why they think they need the work done.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I was an owner/operator of two brick and mortar service businesses for 10 years...pre-Internet. I wore all the hats to include sales/marketing, customer service, quality control, cost control, inventory control, materials sourcing to name just a few. I then spent 16 years in the IT and enterprise software space as a tech support rep on the front line, software developer and technical business analyst. Along the way I was involved in website development and affiliate marketing as personal side projects. The above has positioned me to effectively offer/implement robust digital marketing services that solve problems and get results.
