We hired them for Sod Installation. I WILL NOT recommend anyone to hire them. So they came out for a quote promptly and I accepted the quote the next day. From then, we were communicating through calls and texts. They even came out again for a more thorough measurement and confirmed that the quote they initially gave me was accurate. So we arranged a day for them to do the work. They said that they would come in at 7am that day. I told them okay. I was out of town but my husband was home that morning and can show them where the sprinklers were and for them not to cover them. On the day that they were supposed to start the project, they were nowhere in sight at the agreed time, 7am. So I called them but no answer. Texted them and they said that they had to pick up the sod, so they will be late and gave an ETA of 8.15am. 8.30am came and they STILL have not arrived. My husband got frustrated because at that time, he was already 1 hour late to work. Both of us repeatedly called and texted but no answer. Till this day, they did not show up and/or responded to our calls/text. I wouldn't recommend them to anyone.

We don't because the survive can vary between the size of the home and things our customers want. We like to take a look of the house and the services that out customers want from us. Then we can give them an idea of how much it's going to be.

We make sure they are comfortable and there's no miscommunication between us.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
My father's has been doing this since he was a kid we are a family business.
