All qualities listed here very good. I think the price of $200 was a bit high foe the training session. I think $125 to $150 would be more appropriate. Overall very good. But not sure I would continue to work with this trainer. Maybe not a good personal fit for client. But otherwise good.Oct 11, 2018Verified
My husband and I were very pleased with Ryan. He was incredibly patient and professional. Our 1 yr old rescue dog Nico has agressive behavior around certain dogs. Ryan gave us strategies on how to control those situations so neither dogs nor humans get hurt. We still have a long road ahead but we could not believe the progress Nico made in just 1.5 hours. Now it’s time to reinforce, reinforce, reinforce! Thank you, Ryan for your great work! We are both so happy we found you!Mar 4, 2018Verified
The service was amazing! Ryan came out the same day I contacted him. I learned so much with the 90 minutes I worked with him. He was able to answer almost every question I had (I am a new dog owner, so I had a lot!). I would highly recommend Ruff House!Jun 9, 2017Verified
Ryan is my third dog trainer and the only one that has worked -- and is fairly priced! My English Bulldog was being extremely aggressive -- barking, pulling on lease, etc. He showed me how to fix all of those things! Thank you, Ryan!May 5, 2017Verified
Ryan was very knowledgeable about what he was doing. He wasted no time to start working his magic, within 5 minutes of walking in the door my dog was as calm as could be and usually she is jumping and going crazy. Thank you so much and I can't wait for our next training sessionApr 30, 2017Verified

- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?I like to see what the issue is in their current setting. Most times, it's not the dog that's the problem. I want to understand what you are doing so I can focus my effort on fixing it.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?I love dogs. I believe they are extremely smart and loyal. I don't believe in "bad dogs" and I have taken on the responsibility to eliminate the mindset of people regarding "vicious breeds".
- What types of customers have you worked with?I've worked with pups from 3 months to 9 years old. I've worked with rescues and aggressive behaviors, dogs that can't walk on a leash, dog aggressive dogs, and more. I'm not afraid of a challenge, I welcome it and we have fun working through the solution together.
