- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We do not have a standard pricing system. The options available are so vast and we have found it to be in the clients’ best interest to customize the pricing in accordance with each clients’ desires and budget. There really is no way to package the unique qualities of each event. Packages can be misleading in that they don’t always include what the client wants and often changes are made, changing the price. We find it better to start with what the client is seeking and what their budget range is. From there we are able, with the clients input, to come up with the perfect choices for their event.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
The give and take between the caterer and the client is so important. The client comes to us with ideas of what they would like. We work with them, providing the benefit of our experience, to bring their vision to fruition. We make suggestions and help them make decisions that can enable them to get the most for their money.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
All of our staff, whether they be chefs, bartenders or servers have a great deal of experience. Pamela started working in this field 12 years ago and has gained experience working as a chef at a restaurant/catering venue and as a co-owner of the bakery/café. Our culinary talents and prior experience allows us to help in all aspects of an event.
