- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We don't stick to a standard because everyone has different needs and there are a lot of factors in quoting the right price that will work for both parties. We quote based on the individual- that is our standard.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Communication! We want to know your vision- that's the first priority.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We have studied a variety of instruments in Seattle and New Zealand for years before meeting and moving into the tri-state area. Currently we volunteer (and in the process get continual mentoring) for singing and audio publishing.
