Carlos was great. In the end, the leak I had was not plumbing related, but he helped me trace it to the source - a gap in the window frame of the shower. He did not charge me to diagnose the issue. I'm lucky I didn't plumbing work this time, but when I do, Carlos will be my first call.

From my initial communication before the job to after the job was completed - my experience working with Kevin was fantastic. Kevin provided a very detailed and thoughtful breakdown of exactly what needed to be done for the repair. The initial job required opening up the wall and reattaching my bathroom sink waste pipe connection to the waste pipe in the wall.
As we dug into things deeper, we realized that the drain needed to be replaced, and both valves also needed replacement. Kevin had no problem taking the extra work on - and even called up and visited the local plumbing store to find the replacement drain needed to finish the job.
Finally, before finishing the project Kevin realized there was still the smallest possible leak from one of the connections. Rather than ignore it, take the payment, and go on about his day....he disconnected everything again and identified the issue, addressed it, tested it, and then confirmed everything was perfect with no leaks. True testament to his work ethic and character.
If you are looking for a plumber who is honest, responsive, fair, and extremely personable - 100% without question, Kevin is your guy. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!
