We have every type of client from the triathlete to the obese and from healthy to very ill. I have been training with Dan for 8 years. He is the thinking person's trainer - his sessions force you to confront what you think you can do then he teaches you can do more and better. Dan has been training me for over 15 years and has been such a positive influence in my life. Threatened with osteoporosis, and not wanting to take medication, Dan started me on an intense program of weight bearing exercises - not at all easy, by the way. The results have been amazing & according to my last bone-density test, not only am I no longer losing bone but have actually shown a marked improvement. Dan motivates me to want to be the best version of myself I can be.
