- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our pricing system is based upon the size of event and travel time. Most events are priced under $2,000.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
It is very important to me that each customer interaction starts and ends with the best experience possible. It can be very stressful planning any event or working with an individual that you do not previously know, therefore I believe that everything surrounding your speaker should be easy and painless. When working with a new client, I first spend time reviewing the details available at the present time with the organizer to ensure complete understanding from the onset of our relationship. If a timeline has not been started for tasks associated with the project, I will assist in providing a template that can be used. This helps prevent worry and added stress before your event. A schedule for regular communication will be established at that time. I will assist in the execution of communication and can be reached intermittently via email, text or phone.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
As a motivational speaker and coach, Shari Jo has a distinct ability to meet any organization or individual exactly where they are and provide simple steps toward a better future. Always in a state of continuous learning herself, she has acquired varied degrees and certifications from such quality institutions as Michigan State University, Penn State and West Liberty University and several specialty certifications in Leadership and Organizational Development, Financial Management, Target Market Analysis, Health Care Administration and currently holds a Master Black Belt in Lean Six-Sigma. She has served in a leadership capacity in food and beverage, hospitality, electronic commerce, software development, career planning, sales and marketing, various non-profit and fundraising arenas , youth, teen and adult education and healthcare administration. Additionally, through Elite Pro Coaching, she provides partner programs for corporate professional development with an added focus on engagement, team member retention and a culture that allows an organization to become and remain an employer of choice; ultimately improving the bottom line.
