- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Whether I'm working with a new client or one of our existing corporate clients my methods are the same. Clear and frequent communication is the key to ensuring that my clients get the exact finished product that they envision. I'm available to answer questions via call, text, email, and in person meetings.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Life is education for the arts, especially in creating beautiful and films. I learned to film while working for local Twin Cities radio stations. I would film performances from then up and coming artists like Adele, Ed Sheeran, Sam Smith, The Script and more. I would edit them for use on the web, TV, etc. I also filmed artist interviews that I would conduct for the radio station websites. That's when I really fell in love with filming. I'm constantly learning new things and probably always will continue to do so. It's an ever-changing profession and one that I'm excited to enjoy for years to come.
