I am an independent Certified, fully bonded and background screened Notary Public and Notary Signing Agent through the (NNA). I travel to clients' homes or places of business to notarize real estate closing documents and other documents as requested by clients or escrow companies. I understand that an incomplete signing or a signing full of errors can cost a mortgage officer a rate lock or a buyer to miss a close of escrow. I walk borrowers through all the important documents. I always make sure the borrower knows what they are signing by guiding them through the documents.
