Did not meet my requirements. Failed to save data even though they said they did. Not sure if they did the due diligence required. Clearly not satisfied with the results.

We went above and beyond what was requested from the customer. The request was to get the OS to boot up, which we did. There were bad spots discovered on the disc. If there were data on those bad spots the data would've been corrupted or lost. We informed the customer every step of the way. We recovered all the data that we could and only wiped and rebuilt the machine with the customer's permission. The system was old and was still running Windows Vista. The computer wouldn't stay up long enough to enable doing a full back up. It would lock up every 4min. We only charged the customer 2hrs for over 5 hours of work. Customers data lost in bad spots on disk.

I thought they were great. The tech came to the house when I wasn't able to go to them and he did a great job. I would definately recommend them and will go back if I ever need that service again.

Took my laptop to TeamLogic IT. Explained the problem with my RW drive shutting down yet all drivers up to date. I was asked detailed questions as to what I did just before it stopped working. He determined the cause was related to my upgrade from Windows 7 to Windows 10. 10 minutes later my WR drive was working. No expensive computer analysis was required. Price was reasonable. I recommend this company.
