- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
The process is simple and straightforward - send me your document and I will review it. I then proofread (edit, ghostwrite, etc.) and send you the first draft. If further changes are necessary, I send as many drafts as needed until the customer likes (read: loves) the completed project!
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I studied Management Information Systems and Chemistry for my Bachelors degree. I also hold a Master of Bioinformatics degree from the University of Texas. Hence, I am familiar with both medical and technical jargon, and can easily plow through technical writing. I have also written and edited numerous research projects and would be happy to work with various styles of formatting.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I started out by editing papers and documents for my family and friends. It has become a much requested service!
