Introduction: Only Serious and Committed Clients! I have been personal training for close to 7 years now, and nutrition coaching for 3. My clientele is diverse, mostly working with losing weight/fat and gaining lean body mass(muscle), also strength and conditioning, sports performance, longevity, and just being healthier I work in a studio which gives us no distractions, private, and more availability to equipment. My personality and drive set me aside from the average. I have the knowledge and skills to teach/educate you on proper form and technique with various exercises, building a program for your body, understanding the why behind what we are doing, nutrition and much more! Working with Jordan has completely changed my life! I went from being 22 overweight and just unhappy to being able to compete in my first body building competition within 1 year and being in the best shape of my entire life! I am now healthier, happier, and more educated. He has not only helped me transform my body to what I have always wished for but he has helped me feel more confident about myself! He is such a fun trainer, he really listens to your wants and needs and makes sure that is exactly what you get plus more! I will never train with anyone else!

Jordan Bell is a great personal trainer. He is approachable, receptive, and will push you to be your best. He is not rude when he pushes, instead he is very encouraging and helpful. He provides support for all types of fitness from just starting out to not working out in years, to advanced training. He is also helpful in providing excellent meal plans designed just for you. He makes is his duty to have client centered training - it is about YOU. I highly recommend him as a personal trainer!

Not only is Jordan attentive and punctual, he emphasizes the importance of mental and physical wellness. He goes above and beyond for all of his clients to ensure that we have a great workout, and see the results we are looking to achieve! For a person with time constraints I valued Jordan's tailored strength training plans combined with cardio that focused on my goals of lowering body fat, sharpening body shape and increasing endurance within an hour workout. Added value is his knowledge of incorporating meal, hydration and rest plans as well as safe supplements for an ultimate healthy lifestyle. Jordan is an outstanding trainer. He is very knowledgeable about working out, maintaining healthy habits, and fitness in general. The workouts were tailored to my needs and were a great variety week after week. Jordan is motivating and is always positive. I would highly recommend him!
