- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our standard pricing for either 3D Virtual Tours or Architectural Photography start at $200. We have package options available starting at $300. The final price will be based on the services selected, size of home and number of photos desired.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Once a client reaches out to us, we will ask them a few questions about the property and services that they are interested in to determine how long the appointment will take and to make sure we will be able to accommodate their desires. Once we schedule the appointment, I send out instructions to make sure the property is properly staged and ready for the photo shoot. On the day of the shoot, I will walk through the property with the client and make sure it is ready to go. I will also ask if there are any particular shots that they would like included. Once I am done onsite, I will retouch the photos and virtual tour and usually deliver the final product within 24-48 hours.
- What types of customers have you worked with?
We have worked with many real estate companies in the Charleston Area. Our portfolio includes listings ranging in price from $175k all the way up to $4.5M. I does not matter how expensive the listing may be, we treat each customer with the utmost respect and provide the same quality service to all of our clients.
