- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Pricing is based off of menu selection as well as any other additional services required.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When contacted by a new customer I like to receive as much information as possible. Since I am a caterer that will be be taking care of a special event, it is important for me to have as many details regarding the event as possible. Either a personal meeting for phone call is the best way for me to gain knowledge of their expectations.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a culinary arts degree from Johnson and Wales University
