- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
After some introductory emails or a phone call, I like to meet with new clients (if they're local) to discuss their needs and how to best help them. If they are not local, I can use email and/or phone conversations to lay out a plan for services.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a Masters degree in Accountancy from the University of Charleston, SC (the CofC graduate program). I am a CPA licensed in South Carolina with 20 years of experience in the accounting field. During this time, I have helped businesses of all sizes with accounting and bookkeeping, payroll, and tax preparation and planning.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I took Accounting as an elective in High School!
