- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I am willing to work with non-profit organizations' budgets for special events. For a series of workshops or trainings, please contact me for an individualized quote.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I will schedule a phone call initially to learn more about the audience, and the needs/goals of the meeting organizer. Sometimes a short presentation might be in order. Or perhaps, there is the opportunity to have an interactive session, allowing attendees to explore and practice new-found tips and practical tools to accomplish the goals at hand.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a Master's Degree in Organizational Leadership from the University of Northwestern-St. Paul Business Founder - built and sold, still operating to day 19 years later. I built a $4.7 MIL Direct Sales team with over 1300 part-time Consultants Adjunct Professor- taught 'Coaching for Performance' and 'Emotional Intelligence in the Workplace'
