- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I’ll work with you every step of the way to achieve the end product you envisioned. I never compromise quality for time and I'll give you realistic schedules that accommodate your needs. I strive for honest customer service and 100% customer satisfaction, which is why I offer a 10 year warranty on all my work.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Typically First Step; starts with a quick conversation over the phone to figure out if we are a good fit for each other. Second Step; is to take a look at the project or repair and asses how long it will take and how much it will cost. Third Step; type up an estimate and email it to the customer.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
My education is continual to stay on top of the advancements of my trade. I am lead safety certified and radon mitigation certified.
