FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I realize every business needs to try and save money but the importance of making sure you have quality complete work done when you are paying for it, is worth more than money. My hourly rate is $30/hr but I am happy to do by project pricing. Although I may be more expensive at first, your job will be done professionally and in a timely manner. If you pay for the cheapest bid, will you spend more money later?
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I am a big believer of great communication. I try and ask as many pertinent questions as possible and I stay open for any and all questions or feedback from my clients.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have worked as an office manager, customer service representative and personal assistant over the past 20 years. I am a current full-time college student (non-traditional, I am 45 years old) finishing my Bachelors in Tourism Development and Management with a Minor in Event Planning. I am proficient in all Microsoft Office Suites, I've built several websites in GoDaddy, Wix and some on WordPress (gaining more education in WordPress now)
