- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
As you as you decide to move forward, you may choose either a Virtual or In-Home Presentation at which point there will be no pressure to make a decision on the spot. I will educate you on our current promotions, products and services, the associated cost as well as the recurring monthly monitoring charge. When you're ready, we may have your new system installed at no cost at your convenience as early as that very day.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am licensed with the State of New York as a Private Security Contractor as well as the NY Department of Public Safety in order to give our clients peace of mind because Security Sales is a position of Trust.
