- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I offer a free consultation, via phone or video, to nail the specifics and make sure that I am the right fit for your needs!
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We usually connect online and exchange messages or emails. If needed we set up a phone consultation to iron out any specifics or answer questions. I am able to meet with clients in my office in downtown Tacoma or via video chat for support and tutoring.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a Masters in Teaching with an emphasis in Special Education, as well as over 12 years of experience working with kids, teens and young adults in a variety of settings.
