- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I price events and cakes on a per customer basis but i do have set prices for cupcakes. Mini cupcake (any flavor) $6 per dozen Regular cupcakes (most flavors) $24 per dozen Jumbo cupcakes (most flavors) $36 per dozen *Prices can be adjusted for larger quantities*
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to sit down with my client's to discuss what the event is, the budget, and most important the vision/dream they have for this event. Once i get all this information and a feel for the customers taste i like to create a Pintrest page so i can share my ideas with them in way that allows them to look at it when its convenient for them.I make myself available to answer any and all questions my client's may have.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have training in catering,culinary arts,baking and pastry. I am NEHA and SERVSAFE safety and sanitation certified. I have trained under chefs at La Cordon Bleu in Orlando Fl. And at Lively Technical College in Tallahassee Fl. My grandmother has also groomed me all my life for baking delicious cakes and has gifted me with many secrect family recipes!
