- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
$60 per hour session - $40 per half hour session - $40 per person for small group training Rates are flexible depending on frequency of training. Packages available for extra savings!
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
The first step in personal training is goal setting. When we sit down for the first time I like to discuss current lifestyle (diet, exercise, health history) to get a feeling for where we will begin. This initial session will also include a physical assessment if desired - body measurements including weight and body fat percentage. I will conduct a functional movement screen (FMS) to identify any joint issues, physical limitations, and assess basic movement patterns and mobility. Next, and more importantly, we discuss where you would like to be in the near future! We will identify both short and long term fitness goals and create a plan to effectively reach those goals in a realistic time frame. Finally, we get to work and make those goals a reality!
