Introduction: I have 25 years of experience in coaching, consulting, and facilitating in both business and personal areas. My clients consistently exceed their own expectations. I won't let you fail. You can see a couple of videos here. One is a speaking demo and the other is one of my coaching videos. There are a number of recommendations here from coaching and consulting. Everyone doesn’t take the time to review, but my clients tend to stay with me and refer their colleagues and peers. I’m grateful for that and consider it the highest form of complement! If my proposal to you doesn’t include pricing it’s because I need to know some detail to provide fair pricing. Usually that means learning about what the project entails so I can give you a total price. I rarely charge by the hour unless it’s for coaching which I sell in packages of 4 hours at a time paid in advance. I love making a difference for people and business owners in fulfilling goals they have given up on or believe are beyond them.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I have multiple programs and each is priced somewhat differently.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I have a free initial conversation to determine the background and goals of my clients, and learn what they expect and in what time frame. If, after that conversation, I believe that I can make a significant difference we discuss pricing and the agreements and structure for a program.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I was a personal growth and development seminar leader for over 15 years and coached thousands of adults on every area of their lives. Concurrently, I was a management consultant for over 20 years specializing in strategy , organizational change and transformation. I have worked with companies as big as Boeing and Bayer, as well as sole proprietors and everything in the middle. I am also the author of a leading leadership book called "Powered by Principle".
