- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I have multiple programs and each is priced somewhat differently.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I have a free initial conversation to determine the background and goals of my clients, and learn what they expect and in what time frame. If, after that conversation, I believe that I can make a significant difference we discuss pricing and the agreements and structure for a program.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I was a personal growth and development seminar leader for over 15 years and coached thousands of adults on every area of their lives. Concurrently, I was a management consultant for over 20 years specializing in strategy , organizational change and transformation. I have worked with companies as big as Boeing and Bayer, as well as sole proprietors and everything in the middle. I am also the author of a leading leadership book called "Powered by Principle".
