The management services provided by Home Encounter are far superior to its competitors. They have a dedicated staff that will do whatever they can to make sure you're taken care of whether you're an owner or a tenant.

Overall, excellent experience. Home Encounter has managed by properties for the last 4 years and they do a great job at keeping my maintenance expenses reasonable and my home rented. They're really proactive with getting rent-increases as leases expire which is very important to me. I've had a few different property managers over the years, and I would prefer it if it was always the same person, but quality has been pretty consistent, and it does't take long for the new guy (or gal) to get up to speed on my preferences.
