- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We work with customers in three different project styles: hourly fee, fixed price project and ongoing retainer. We prefer fixed price projects rather than time and materials because we believe it is important for our customers to have realistic expectations for their project costs. We never want anyone to be surprised at the end of the project. Discounts are offered for client referrals. For every client referral that becomes a new customer we will offer a 10% discount on your services in perpetuity.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
The first step is to understand your organization, the better we understand your business the more valuable our services can be. The second step is to familiarize ourselves with your project or business needs and any stakeholders that are involved. The final step is the execution of the project or the ongoing administration of our monthly retainer services. We will work closely with you at all stages so that you are informed on timeline and progress.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Kendal Potesta possesses an MBA specializing in Operations, is certified in Human Resources through the Human Resources Certification Institute as a Professional in Human Resrouces (PHR) and has a Bachelor's degree in Finance.
