Introduction: Najoua has been exposed to the Culinary arts by her grandmother who taught & trained Najoua in preparing The exotic signature dishes of her country at age 15, with the essence of Granma’s secret recipes. Due to her love for cooking, at age 17 Najoua started working soon after arriving in the country at a newly opened Italian Restaurant offering authentic Italian food from Naples, Italy. There she learned about Italian food, spices & sauces, directly from The executive Chef/owner. Soon after that she took over the Management of the Kitchen as well as the catering operations. After !6 years in the business, Najoua decided to start her own. All the food is Fresh & made to order. Our dressings & Sauces are made from scratch. This menu does not include all the dishes we make. We will be more than happy to cook all your heart desires of additional homemade Lebanese, Moroccan & Italian dishes. I Love cooking. I love seeing the satisfied smiles on my customers' faces as they try my exotic recipes. I love the fact that different people can enjoy food that is totally new to them.

NAJOUA's food was wonderful and the service very professional. I recommend Najoua's International Cuisine for any size group.
