- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I do have standard pricing, but since each client has specific needs; each project is tailor-made making the pricing based solely on your needs and not a cookie-cutter packaged price.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I typically ask all the pertinent questions to be able to assess the needs of a new client. I always get the end-goal, and then work backwards (so to speak) to implement a strategy that will get the client to their goal as efficiently and cost-effectively as possible. I will then offer them various options on how to tackle the project and once agreed upon begin the work. I focus on education, efficiency, and customer service to give my clients the most painless process possible.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
In my last place of employment (before I decided to work for myself), I was able to order all of the training that I needed to be an expert in my field. This included courses from the top experts in each field. Since then, I have kept current and on the cutting-edge of new technology and techniques by continuing my education as new tech arrives.
