- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
It will always depend on the condition of the house, if the client after the first cleaning wants it regularly ( every week, every other week or once a month) it would go from 80$ to 200$
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I'd go to see the house before the day of the cleaning, talk with the costumer about their special needs in the house, how long would last the job, how much it would be and any question the costumer has.. then after the first cleaning we would discuss how often they'd like the service.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I started as helper working for other cleaning companies for almost a year and little by little I started to have my own jobs and work by myself
