- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
There is a 22% service and set up charge that is added to the final bill in the event our staff stays on site serves the event. When only dropping off and setting up without staying to service the event there is a 10% delivery and set up charge.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Once we decide on a final menu we will send over a reservation agreement locking in the clients date and time as well as the menu at which time a 15% deposit is made. This deposit goes towards the final bill.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our entire team is ServSafe certified for both food and beverage.
