- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
1-12 sessions 3 days per week $75 - $120 per person/hr 13-24 sessions 3 days per week $70 - $100 per person/hr 25+ session 3 days per week $65 - $90 per person/hr * Prices are set depending on travel radius. * Sessions of 13 or more will be treated on a contractual basis. * Fees for sessions are requested in advance. * For better results it is advised that clients work out at least 3 days per week. Seniors get a 10% discount.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
All new clients get a free consultation. When I meet with a new client, I asses the client's: • Strength, Flexibility & Biometrics Evaluation • Fitness, Nutritional, & Lifestyle Goals Plan • Customize a Workout program devised for the client
