What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I offer fixed fee pricing which is different than some CPAs which offer pricing at hourly rates. This can give the client comfort in knowing exactly what they will spend instead of having to worry about how many hours are being racked up. I also offer complimentary support throughout the year.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to sit down with new customers to get a complete understanding of their situation as well as get knowledge of there pain point and worries when it comes to tax planning.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have bachelors degree from the University of Alabama. I’m CPA with my licensed issues by the state of Georgia.
