- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Hourly Rates for residential services are: $75/Hr Hourly Rates for business services are: $150/Hr Remote services are available with a subscription. Pricing is available upon request.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
New customers for my company usually come through customer referrals. I will reach out to the new client via a telephone call to get initial information about the issue that they are having. I will then provide an estimate for the amount of time and materials that it will take to resolve the issue. Once customer agrees to have work done, the quote is converted to a Quote which the customer signs. I will then usually bring the machine to my workshop where I have access to high speed internet and all of my troubleshooting tools. Payment is expected once the issue is resolved. Customers may pay by cash, personal check, credit card, or via Paypal. Remote services are provided at slightly different rates dependent upon what the issue is and whether the customer has a remote services subscription with us.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have taken classes in PC Repair through ICS School of PC Repair, and have credits towards my associates in Computer Sciences and am currently working to complete that degree program through Southern New Hampshire University.
