- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
As owner-operators, we can cut out a lot of the cost that large corporations charge. We're willing to work with people to get the most for their particular budget. Sight unseen, we can offer a close estimate; with a quick walk-thru of the job scope, we can provide a guaranteed quote with schedule preference.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
1. A 10 minute walk-thru with a follow up email of detailed quote, schedule, insurance certificate. 2. Confirmation call/text one day prior to scheduled project, as well as one hour prior appointment(s). 3. Timely, tidy and professional service. 4. A follow up review request via email- our business is built on good service, please let others know your experience!
