- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
On-site visits run $100/hr and remote services run $75/hr. First hour is charged in whole and every hour after that is charged quarterly at $25/15min and $18.75/15min respectively.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
After you have chosen to hire us, A date and time will be set for your appointment then you will get sent an email confirming the appointment. When I arrive at the desired location you will be handed a form that you will fill out and sign which explains our legal obligations and policies. Once that is finished, the repair will commence. Once everything has been finished, you will have the option of paying with either cash, check or card.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have 2 years specific training in hardware repair which includes soldering, cleaning and restoring circuit boards. I also have 6 years of on site experience in os and software maintanence along with 2 years formal education.
