- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our pricing is based on soil level and how long it should take us to clean the home. If we take longer than the expected time, we do not bill you for the additional time. We stand by our original quote. We are trying to redefine how a licensed, bonded, and insured cleaning company conducts business. We understand not all customers financial situations are the same and we believe all should be able to relax and have their home cleaned. We offer unique pricing options for customers who need to pay over a longer period of time.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We customize a cleaning plan to fit our customer's needs. We discuss the exact needs of our customers and design a cleaning plan within their budget. We also offer free quotes if you prefer for us to come to your home or office for a more exact quote. We have a mobile application that notifies our customers when we are on our way and when have completed our job. We offer monthly, bi-weekly, and weekly plans.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
The owner has an intricate cleaning plan for all employees. It is designed to be more detailed than our competitors and all employees have weekly training and assessments. We welcome any and all feedback from our customers to enhance their experience.
