Introduction: I have been personal training for 7 years now providing high quality service and care for my clientele to help them achieve their goals. I hold my Bachelors of Science in Kinesiology from San Diego State University '09 and have trained a wide variety of clientele from high school athletes to folks in their 70's. I enjoy seeing my clients change their bodies, develop healthy habits, and build up their confidence as they train with me. It is a pleasure watching them grow into their potential and learn in the gym.

Great service. The trainers are great people to work with and nice people in person. They're easy to get a hold of and answers any questions you have as well as giving great health advice (such as certain exercises or diet questions). The actual Dunamis app is also really good, helping you perform and keep track of your healthy habits. Each day you are provided with an article giving you healthy ideas and tips to help you maintain the habit, and every two weeks a new habit is introduced. Overall it is an amazing experience, and I felt myself getting more and more healthy (and happier) with each passing week.

Matthew Brown has been my personal trainer for about 3 years. I've trained with others as well, but I've stuck it out with Matt the longest. He truly cares for his clients and treats us individually and wholisticaly. He really wants to see people healthy. He's well educated and well experienced and gets results. When you're not self motivated, he's really good about keeping me accountable and keeping me on track.

Matt, really knows his training. He extremely attentive to those he trains. He is with me. He watches form and is safety conscious. He corrects form and adds small changes that you can feel immediately. His cell phone is not with him so his focus is on you. He also knows nutrition really well and has helped with that portion by providing menus and diets, apps, email tips, and encouragement. I've trained with a number of trainers and Matt is the first to me to provide the attention to detail I've felt was needed.

Matt is simply an assume individual to say the least. When Matt was training me he would email & text me throughout the weekends to keep me accountable. I would receive workout sheets he designed himself according to what my goals were. I looked forward to my workout days with Matt because I knew he would always push me to my limits, but he did it by motivating me along the way. In over a year of training with Matt I couldn't find one thing that I wanted HIM to improve upon.
