I have no hourly rate. I think my labor cost is cheaper than most because I was used to provide these services for free.

Communication is a must.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
In the Army I did a bit of everything, did a bit of electrical, plumbing, I'm very good at following written instructions. As a volunteer for a non profit organization I did some handyman work and photography.
