I has been personally training for 4 years and has coached numerous clients get to their goal! In addition, I have worked in the physical therapy field and has recently applied to PT school. Zack does well at explaining how you should be exercising. He gives you a lot of mental cues to help you maintain form. A lot of his advice is going to make you realize what exercise is about and how you should do it and make you forget a lot of preconceived ideas of what exercise should be. He also has a lot of helpful information about nutrition dieting and at home exercises you can do, which is extremely helpful for learning and adapting to a new lifestyle.

Zach has always been helpful in giving me tips throughout all my workout sessions. He has a really great focus on keeping your form correct and using mental cues to help you focus on the movements of the exercise and not the weight. Its body building not power lifting.

Took me through a full body workout cycle, coaching me all the way through. Great at keeping you in positive attitude! He pointed out what I was doing wrong and help me to correct my form. He is a great workout coach, and I would recommend him to everyone!

Zach is my trainer and I have to say he's the best one I've ever had! He is so patient and understanding with my limitations and goes above and beyond in designing a program for me that is really challenging yet doesn't further tax my joints. This is the first time I've really looked forward to working out; and I'm feeling the difference in my body! Plus Zach also follows up by text with helpful, healthy recipes. As I said, he goes above and beyond! Oh, and I really appreciate how he is so thorough in explaining exactly how the individual exercises work each group of muscles.

Zach has been really helpful in getting me out of a stale workout routine. He has introduced me to a whole slew of new workouts, with and without weights, and to a whole bunch of muscles I didn't realize I had! He also tight me to use mental cues to do certain exercise properly.
