- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We are very competitive and will in most cases meet or beat any written quote that is a true apples to apples comparison.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Consultation, Design, Scope of Work, Approval, Permits, Completion, Finalization Punch List, Customer Satisfaction. It usually starts with a consultation that involves finding out the true needs of the customer. Especially in remodeling scenarios where design plays a key role. We then look at budget, and begin a scope of work that needs to be performed. Pull permits and look at realistic time frames. Communication is key through out entire process. Finalization completion, Customer Satisfaction.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Started my career in home services in Michigan at the age of 19 as an apprentice plumber 3 years later became a master plumber. I am now a General Contractor. I have had 3 different home improvement companies from roofing, remodeling and home services.
