I booked a same day appointment they arrived very quick. When they arrived they were very polite I was very pleased with their customer service. They got to work fast and my apartment was done fast no longer than 10 minutes. My carpet turned out very clean! I actually thought I booked with a different company but I'm glad I ended up with them. The price was very good also. Overall I'm happy with my services. I will use them againFeb 26, 2017Verified
While the gentlemen who came to perform the service were friendly enough, they did not accomplish the goal of removing the stains from our carpets. As with other carpet cleaning services, they wet and 'treated' the carpet, then sucked it dry(-ish)... followed by the "Ta-Dah" moment when they point at the wet, freshly fluffed carpet and say, "See! The stain is gone!" Uh... no. The carpet just happened to be darker when wet and the stain(s) blended in. This isn't the first time someone has tried to claim the problem 'fixed' when it clearly isn't. I specifically didn't write my review right away and, instead, waited until TWO weeks past the service because: A) I wanted to see the carpet when dry and if the stains really were gone. They were not. B) Miguel (the owner) was one of the two who came to our home and he asked me to please call him first if the stains re-appeared, saying they would come back and fix it. Hmmmm.... Well, one week following their visit, we DID call and told them that, sure enough, the stains were clearly still visible. Live Green scheduled a re-cleaning appointment between 11 a.m. and 1 p.m. TODAY, but they were a no-show. Not only did they NOT keep the appointment, I didn't receive a call, e-mail, or text explaining that there was a problem/emergency and would therefore need to cancel and/or re-schedule today's visit. By the way, prior to the initial cleaning, Miguel and I communicated by phone, text, AND e-mail... so, I know he has my information. I'm a reasonable and patient person. I understand when things 'come up'. What I do NOT understand is neglecting a customer who has paid for a service! I also don't comprehend why a business would NOT take care of the problem in the first place - so that a follow-up visit wouldn't be necessary! Grrrrrr.....Mar 28, 2017Verified
