- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My pricing is based on years of experience, quality of equipment, and rate of success. I’ve never had a bad event.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
1. Initial communication and quote. setup a date & time for consultation 2. Consultation 3. Prepare contract or invoice 4. Welcome all changes or ideas via text, email, or phone call prior to event date. 5. I usually arrive 2 hours prior to the event start time for setup. If lighting is involved, I’ll usually add an extra hour. 6. During the event I credit being flexible and doing what’s needed to be done to ensure an awesome event.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
1. I was an electronics technician for over 20 years. 2. Musician ( Drums And Bass guitar) 3. Held a Technical service representative position which allowed me to interact with customers. Listen to their needs and exceed their expectations. 4. Most important I’m a lover of ALL Music.
