- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My hourly consulting rate is $75/hr, however I offer a 30% discount on first time service(s) if you Like my Facebook page.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
New customers should be prepared to provide valid contact information (phone number and email address). Preferred form of remote connection software to examine a system is TeamViewer, and I will guide users to the site to assist with download/setup at no additional charge.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
My background has been hands-on, real-world, outside-of-the-box, scenarios and experience learning. CompTIA A+ certified and Thomson Learning classes range from basic installation troubleshooting to HTML. As a beta, pilot, and pre-release tester from prior jobs, I can educate myself using modern resources available.
