- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We are a non fee based company. We get paid by the companies that we represent. We don't take it from our clients.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
The first thing that we do is just have a conversation. We will talk about what you've done in the past, what you're currently doing, and what your goals for the future are. Then I'll do my homework and see if there's anything that I can offer you, to help reach those goals. We only work with volunteers. NO HARD SELLING!
- What types of customers have you worked with?
I've worked with just about anyone you can imagine. People who are just starting to save and can only afford to put away $50/month to millions of dollars in someone's 401k or IRA. We really do work with everyone.
