We had Angie's Professional Services LLC clean our house last week because we are looking for a new service to clean our house every other week. We found Angie and her company to be prompt, professional, reasonably-priced, and very efficient! They honestly did the best job I've ever seen of vacuuming all of the carpet, including stairs in my house. Additionally some of the desks and other surfaces were so nice and shiny after they finished. Our only minor complaints were that the kitchen sink wasn't cleaned very well and the kitchen floor had some clumps of dog hair after mopping (I'm not sure they vacuumed or swept before mopping, and we have a large, shedding dog). But considering how great everything else was, and the value for the price, I absolutely recommend Angie's Professional Services to others. :)

Angie was punctual, friendly and had supplies to do the cleaning job. Prior to starting the job I asked what was included in the quote and Angie agreed that all the tasks I requested were included. During the final walk through of the job we found that on the surface it appeared to have been cleaned as the carpets were vacuumed, mirrors shining then we noticed grim remaining on the wood blinds, doors, baseboards, light switches , kitchen cabinets, stove top was not lifted up and cleaned , the bathrooms appeared to look untouched and the list just went on. There were so many things that Angie's company didn't do that I had to have another cleanup crew come in. Not only did this cost us the money we paid to Angie, we couldn't show our property for 4 more days, plus the cost we incurred for additional cleaning, the time involved with all of this. I don't like writing negative reviews but I feel it's best to let Angie know the quality of her work and for other consumers to be aware of our experience.

We typically get in contact with new customers at reasonable times. We like to arrange the cleaning to occur on days that work best for our clients. We will ask about any special instruction that our customers may need. We do like to keep a schedule of our appointments.
