- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Every job is Flat Rate, which means you pay the price as quoted, if it takes me 3 hours, or 3 days.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
The process always begins with a "sit down and chat." I have a very unique service and the market is very narrow, so I want the customer to feel like they understand what I am going to do and feel 100% comfortable with my work.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Almost a decade of experience in all facets of home improvement. No school can train you for that.
