I cannot recommend the services of Suzy Loy enough. Here are some of her strengths that stand out in her work: Reason #1)She is wise. She's lived lots of experiences and she has her eyes wide open to the way that people and the world work. It makes her advice very, very good. Reason #2)She's tough but caring. She tells you what you need to hear. This is definitely the hardest part of coaching. But it's effective in getting to the parts of you that she & you can team up to work on. And she's respectful of any boundaries you establish (she can't mind-read, though, so you will need to be clear about them if they are important to you). Reason #3)clear & direct. Not only in delivering the hard truths, but her instructions and advice are very easy to understand. She's very accommodating if you ask, "Can you explain that a different way?" "Can you repeat that?" "Can you give an example?" 4)compassionate. She's a loving, compassionate person. 5)professional. She responds promptly if you need to reschedule; her terms of service are clear; she is always on time; she contacts you in advance if she needs to reschedule; etc. etc.

Suzy helped my son since he was in middle school and was struggling with mental health issues and how to cope with bullying. She continued to do so for about 10 years. My son is now successfully enrolled in college. Suzy remained in touch with him and they periodically go out to lunch just to catch up. Highly recommended.

I am a single mother with two children and have been working with Suzy for a number of years to learn how I can perform at my potential in the many areas of my life...like parenting, completing my education and managing the demands of daily living. Consultation - no charge In-take - $200 Weekly sessions- $50 per hour
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We start with a free, no obligation consultation. If hired, we start the process with an in-take to collect information about habits and areas of struggle. Then we begin weekly coaching sessions, which usually last 1 hour per session.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
B.S. in Psychology and 15 years experience coaching.
