Travis and his employee were great. Showed up on time, was very responsive (kept us inform when they are coming and the work they are doing). His price was exactly what he quoted so I appreciate that there was no hidden charges. I use again when needed.Jul 9, 2018Verified
This was our first experience with Thumbtack and, first time hiring Beach Cities Mechanical. We had been using another HVAC contractor for years until we recently became dissatisfied with their work. Travis was responsive and communicative. Even though he was busy, he accommodated our schedule. He was punctual, professional, and got the job done. His pricing was also fair. And, as a bonus, he seems like a genuinely nice guy. So far, our a/c is working great, and I'm sure we'll be working with Travis and Beach Cities Mechanical again!Aug 9, 2017Verified
We had multiple companies out who didn't seem to offer many solutions for the A/C issues in our office. BCM was able to come out the same day and got it up and going temporarily while they waited on parts that were needed. They were back out the day parts came in and we've had no issues since! Will hire again for any future needs.Jun 13, 2017Verified
