FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our practice is to make it affordable. We want to bring a service to those who may have thought it to expensive to use. It's not! Prices vary, depending on the scope of work. If the home is new, that requires only light spot cleaning, then the pricing is on the lower end. Again, with cleaning counter tops and back splashes. New home installs, most often require light surface cleaning and preparation before applying a sealer. Pricing, is again on the lower side of cost. Always, good to see and provide accurate pricing.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to get to know my clients, to the extent there willing to share. I'm privileged to be in their home and want them to feel comfortable with me there. What type of situation is it.? Existing home or a new home? What are the surfaces needing attention? What are the expectations and of course budget. When we all know what needs to happen, the process is explained, the paperwork is completed; the work begins.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
